- Q: How do I find out what is wrong with my system?
A: This is a matter of trouble shooting. Call 1-800-241-MFDS and our technical support
department will be glad to assist you in determining the best trouble shooting procedure
for your store.
- Q: Where do I call to order new parts and accessories?
A: You can currently order all accessories, parts, and new equipment by calling
1-800-241-MFDS.
- Q: Can I order new parts and accessories online?
A: We will be setting up a new online ordering system in the near
future. In the meantime, you can order all accessories, parts, and new equipment
by calling 1-800-241-MFDS.
- Q: Do you provide service calls?
A: Yes! We will provide service calls in the Texas, New Mexico,
Oklahoma, and Louisiana areas. Call 1-800-241-MFDS for procedures and instructions for
all on-site service in your region.
- Q: Can I have someone check my system and or do an
evaluation?
A: Yes! We will provide on-site system checks for the San Antonio,
Texas and Austin, Texas areas as a part of our regular route. Special arrangements
must be made for other areas.
- Q: Where can I get a price list?
A: Call 1-800-241-MFDS and we will e-mail or fax you a current
price list.
- Q: Do you provide service contracts?
A: Yes, we provide three different types of service contracts.
Our most popular contract for low cost and quick turn-around is the "Loyalty
Contract". Call 1-800-241-MFDS and we will e-mail or fax you a list of our
contract options and prices.
